Recently, we were interviewed by Guang Ming Yit Poh to intro 'PP Non Woven Fabric' to the public.
It's our pleasure to share our Green ideas to everyone and contribute a little by little to our Mother Earth.

(Butterworth News)- As the Go Green campaign is getting well-known among the world, the economic market in Butterworth has been influenced too. Most of the people, regardless the age and gender, carrying eco-bags has become the most popular trend to show their support on the go green campaign.
Non Woven Eco Bag is washable, durable and it can be re-used many times which is so much better than the non-degradable plastic bags and non-lasting paper bags. It is far more convenient to everyone.
The Marketing Manager of SP Excel Enterprise- Stella Lim said that there are many materials to produce the environmental friendly bags but their factory is mainly using PP (Polypropylene) Non Woven fabric to produce various non woven products.
Non-Chemical Fabrics (Products)
"During the process to produce non woven fabric, it doesn't involve any chemical ingredients and it is non-toxic from the material. Therefore, non woven fabric is widely and mainly used (even in overseas)."
She added, the manufacturer melted the PP materials from 90-100 degree celcius, and then it will turn to fibers fabric(after the process). After the exposure of weather and sunlight, and once the non woven fabric mixes with the soil, it will be bio-degraded into tiny atom (and back to the nature).
"Non woven bags are fashionable and durable, additionally the price is cheap, some more it will not ruin the eco-system of our nature. The different of the cost to produce a paper bag and a non woven bag is only 10%."
She said, the non woven fabrics are normally imported from oversea (and local, as well), after design and custom-made by the factory, it could become trendy and stylist products. Except for non woven eco bags, non woven fabric could be custom-made into apron, file, car body car, drawer, storage and so on so forth.
